A mexican and belgian wedding / Una boda mejicana y belga en Barcelona

mexican and belgian wedding

Once upon a time a mexican and belgian wedding in Barcelona… Never say never ever… The first time I met Mercedes and Jean-Marc it was to talk only for the service of the coordination of the wedding day. But prompty they realized the quantity of work that supposed the rest of the tasks: looking for the photographer, the videographer, the makeup, the decoration, the guests favours, the entertainment and surprises… And this way, the Coordination on the wedding day ended up by planning them the whole wedding with besides a luxury of details. We even organized a Welcome cocktail the day previous to the wedding in an emblematic terrace near the harbour of Barcelona. Not need to add that this welcome cocktail was perfect to break the ice before the wedding, specially when it’s a multicultural wedding with people coming from different continents.

Well we have now ALL the photos of the wedding of Mercedes, our first Mexican bride and Jean-Marc, our  half  Belgian, half  Brazilian groom but no worries we will not publish all of them …;-) Remember that you can see the preview of mexican and belgian wedding here.

It was a wedding of tailcoat and headband, a happy wedding with Mariachi and tequila, a touching wedding with the sea as background for the ceremony and a luxury wedding with French gardens and elegant fountains for the shooting…In short a majestic marriage especially represented through Mercedes wedding gown, it looked like it had been creating for this place… floating in the magical scene.

We always say it : you are the protagonists and decide how you want your wedding. We make it at your image. And in this case, the couple decided to make their shooting  before the ceremony – They also decided to enter together to the ceremony. It was tremendously emotive. The guitar and live voice of a pair of friends added even more emotion to the moment.

The centerpieces were prepared with high glass pots and interlaced Calla Lilies symbolizing the union of the couple.  The funny note were the personalized cake toppers, together with the contagious happiness of the group of mariachis,  the dance until high hours in the morning and with disguises!
