We are so glad to share today, this so stylish and breathtaking wedding , planned with love and details and set in the heart of the emporda .
A wedding with a spanish flair
Melissa and Steve wanted a unique, dreamy and very orientated-details wedding with the importance to stress the Spanish flair and authenticity. The venue was important for its beauty and uniqueness of course. They chose an emblematic and scenic castle in l’emporda to showcase the Spanish rustic charm but also to have all their friends and family in the same place during 3 days of celebration.
The ceremony took place in the middle of a field of the olive trees, with the melody of the Spanish guitars and a stunning décor (romantic arch, Spanish jars, wooden boxes..) and a unique floral arrangement. All of them under a palette of colors of cream, white, green, burgundy and dark red colors. The bouquet was the icon of all we wanted to underline: stylish, romantic and beautifuly rustic.
Melissa and Steve wanted also to do the Spanish traditions of the arras (old coins that the couple share between them during the ceremony.
With original details
In order to fight against the heath, some fresh lemonade and Champagne were served before the ceremony and some fans and sunhats as favours as well.
You can’t miss the amazing wooden seating chart with the polaroid pictures of the guests.
As for the guest book, Melissa and Steve used the album they got from their engagement session. All a success among the guests.
More details we love of this wedding?? the printed boxes of matches and napkins with the date and names of the newlyweds or… Melissa Spanish styled shwal that was just so dramatically romantic! And the cherry on the top, we are in love with the huge sponge vanilla cake with dipping salt caramel decorated with olive leaves, fresh fruits and flowers.
Enjoy the photos!
